There is a meaningful role for you in this work.

We welcome institutional partners, corporate collaborators, technical experts, volunteers, and individuals who want to support long-term environmental and community outcomes in Ethiopia.

Shared commitment. Real outcomes.

We do not approach partnership as a transaction. Every collaboration we enter is built on shared values, clear mutual understanding, and a genuine commitment to long-term environmental and community impact. We bring 25+ years of field experience, deep community relationships, and tested programme models. We are looking for partners who bring complementary resources, expertise, and a similar horizon.

Ways to work with us

Institutional Partnerships

Development organisations, international NGOs, and bilateral agencies seeking to co-implement restoration, sustainable agriculture, or rural livelihood programmes in Ethiopia.
